You'll receive the intake form in your confirmation email after booking. Please fill it out before your appointment. If you didn't get the form, text us at 407-801-3403 to request a new one.

Each session is customized to your needs and the style you choose: Thai, Signature, or Energetic Fusion. We'll start with a brief check-in to discuss your goals, then guide you through a session designed to support your body and mind. Expect a safe, supportive space where you're encouraged to relax, communicate, and receive exactly what you need.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you'll be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount. A card on file is required to hold your appointment.

We ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and start on time. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to provide the full session, but if time doesn’t allow, your session will still end as scheduled to honor the next client, and the full fee will apply.

Tipping is not expected or required as gratuity is included in our service pricing. However, if you feel moved to express appreciation with a tip, it’s always received with gratitude.
