Experience the power of gentle, sustained pressure to release tension, reduce pain, and restore mobility in the fascia. Which is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles. Myofascial Release is different from traditional massage: it works slowly and deeply to unwind chronic holding patterns and support long-term relief. This service is currently offered at a special reduced rate as I continue to refine and deepen my practice in this method. Sessions are available only on select days and times.
